Shipping Charges (Continental U.S.)
Your total shipping charges are based on several factors, including the shipping method you selected and the number of items you've purchased.
If you choose to ship your order Standard Ground, you will pay a flat-rate fee of $7.95 for your entire order, any size. For our Priority Air shipping method there is a base fee for the first item you purchase, and an item fee for every additional product.

Tracking APO/FPO Orders
If you are a registered i-techcompany.com shopper, you can use order history & tracking to track your APO/FPO order within the U.S. (If you are unregistered, you can use the carrier's website and your order tracking number to track your order within the U.S.) Standard and customary practices for delivery to your location will take effect beyond U.S. borders.

Additional Shipping Charges
Additional shipping charges (additional delivery fees) may apply to some i-Tech items (e.g. vacuum cleaners) because of size, weight or special handling that is required to make sure your order reaches you safely.

Gift Card Shipping Charges
If you select Standard Ground service for your i-Tech Gift Card order, your Gift Card(s) will be shipped FREE of charge. What better way to send a gift to the one you love!* Our Priority Air fees for i-Tech Gift Card shipments are the same as our regular shipping charges. Shipping rates for these special items will automatically appear during the checkout process.

Which mail carriers partner with i-Tech?
We currently use three different carriers depending on the weight, shipping destination and shipping method for your package. These carriers are UPS (United Parcel Service), FedEx SmartPost and the USPS (United States Postal Service).
FedEx SmartPost is generally used for packages weighing less than eight pounds. SmartPost picks up your i-techcompany.com package from our Fulfillment center and passes the package on to the U.S. Post Office (USPS) for final delivery. Unlike most USPS products, SmartPost packages can be tracked until they are delivered. Tracking for SmartPost packages can be accessed by clicking on the tracking link on the Order Status and History page in My Account at i-techcompany.com.
UPS is generally used for packages weighing greater than eight pounds and Priority Shipping.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Yes! On the Shipping Methods page, simply enter your P.O. Box in the Address Line 1 field. Currently, only Standard Ground Service is available for P.O. Box destinations.
If I return an item, will i-Tech reimburse my shipping and handling costs?
Unfortunately, we are not able to reimburse you for any shipping costs you incur purchasing an item at i-techcompany.com or returning the merchandise via mail. To avoid return shipping and handling costs, simply bring your merchandise and receipt to the i-Tech nearest you.

Some of our items, like fine jewelry purchases and gift cards, will require a signature upon delivery. How do I track my order?
Your order tracking options are based on whether you have an online shopping account (registered customers) at i-techcompany.com or if you choose to shop i-techcompany.com anonymously (unregistered customers).
Registered Customers: You may track all orders (past and present) at i-techcompany.com, plus view a detailed history of each order. Just follow these steps:
Click order status at the top of any page.
Enter your i-techcompany.com sign-in name (your e-mail address) and the password you entered when you created your i-techcompany.com account.
You'll see a complete history of your i-techcompany.com purchases. Click any order tracking number to view the details of that order.
Unregistered Customers: Should you wish to track your order, you may track your most recent i-techcompany.com purchase only. Just follow these steps:
Click order status at the top of any page.
Under Unregistered Customer Order Status, enter your i-techcompany.com order number and your billing zip code as they appear on your order confirmation e-mail.
Note: Tracking is not available for USPS APO/FPO deliveries.
Where can I get a copy of my packing slip from my online order?
The order confirmation number you received via e-mail includes a complete summary of your order, and you can always look up the details of your order through "order status " available at the top of every page at www.kohls.com.
However, if you still need to get a copy of your packing slip, the only way to do so is by contacting i-Tech Customer Service toll-free at 1-888-483-2418.
What do the order tracking definitions mean? Submitted: You've successfully completed the checkout process at i-techcompany.com. Your order has been accepted and will be sent for processing to ensure your purchase reaches you on time.
In Fulfillment: Our fulfillment center is working hard to fill your order and your package will be sent as soon as possible. Please see our Delivery Options to find out when you can expect your package(s) to arrive.
After your order is in fulfillment, we are not able to cancel or modify your order.
Partially Shipped: Part of your order has been shipped. The rest of your order will be shipped soon.
Shipped/Complete: Your order has been completely filled and shipped, and your credit card has been billed for all the items we've shipped to you. Please see our Delivery Options to find out when you can expect your package(s) to arrive.
Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled, and you will not receive any merchandise or be billed for the transaction. Your credit card statement may show a temporary charge, but that charge will be reversed by your credit card company and you will not be billed for this order.
Returned: We've received your returned merchandise and credited your account accordingly.
What is the difference between order status and history?
Registered i-techcompany.com customers have the ability to review the status of all current orders. In addition, we retain the details of registered customers' past orders in My Account: that is, the history of those orders, for their personal reference.
Unregistered customers have only the ability to view the status of their most recent order; we do not retain any order history.
Are my in-store purchases available to review in order status and history?
No. Only your online purchases are retained in your personal account at i-techcompany.com.
Can I cancel/modify my order/shipment?
When you place an order at i-techcompany.com, your order immediately drops into our fulfillment center flow to help ensure your package is delivered within our specified shipping time frames. Unfortunately, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been submitted.
