sure the power cable is securely plugged into the display

How to change OSD menu language to
English?
After initializing processing, you
need to tune the LCD menu from Chinese to English. The procedure
are as following;
1.
Push the menu buttons (open the LCD
menu)
2.
Select the 5th item in the menu ( use up or down button to
select the "MISC")
3.
Push the menu buttons ( to confirm your
selection and go to next-step menu)
4.
Select the 4th
item ( use
up or down button to select "Language")
5.
Push the menu buttons ( to confirm your
selection and go to next-step menu)
6.
Select the first
item ( for
English)
7.
Push t he menu buttons ( to confirm your selection
and all done)

Please do the following procedure to change the resolution setting:
1. as root: you may find the following comment "/user/sbin/m64config"
2. Type "/user/sbin/m64config- proconf"
3. Type "/user/sbin/m64config - res 1024x768x70 now" to change to 1024x768@70MHZ
4. the screen will be rubbish
5. then type "pkill Xsun"
6. And type "pkill Xession" to restart the Xsession
Remember this process need to Restart the server
Under common Desktop Environment (CDE)
To change the OpenBoot resolution, you can type the following commend in OK prompt
1. In OK prompt, type "seteny output-device screen:r1024X768x70"
2. Type "printeny" to confirm the resolution has been changed to 1024x768x70HZ
3. Then type "reset" to restart the system

Keyboard and touchpad freeze when
1.Switch between Netware's Servers (Netware servers has total of 4 :5.1 x 1 and 6.5 x 3)
2. Also freeze between Netware's Servers and Windows Servers (Windows 2000 Server x 2 and Windows 2000 stations x 4)
In Windows system "scroll lock" key do not use frequently.
So Tang-Top use such key for HOT-KEY.
But it is very important for "scroll lock" key in UNIX alike system (UNIX, LINUX, NETWARE).
Such key will hold the screen. You need to strike scroll lock" key again to release console action.
Normally we use double strike "scroll lock" key for HOT-KEY. In UNIX alike system you
may hold screen for the first strike and release for
the second strike. But you may have some problem in UNIX alike system to sense the second strike
(some UNIX alike system will not accept the keyboard strike too fast). When your NETWARE
system do not sense the second strike
"scroll lock" key, then your system will be hung (console is hold). Now you just need to s
trike"scroll lock" key again to release your console. then
you can use keyboard and touch pad for normal function.
